· All pipes at fabric path will be chrome plated as per industrial standard layer.

· Batch rollers will be 5” dia with PVC rubber fillet on the circumference.

· All fasteners will in MM size with zinc plated to avoid corrosion and improve strength & esthetic look of machine.

· Geared motor mounted directly on roll to improve torque of machine.

· Before dispatch we are taking complete trial on each & every machine with customer fabric.
